Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your cold-weather gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request. Use our template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Package Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Philadelphia facility using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on: balaclavas, ear bands, gloves, and mitts unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or personalized products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your winter gear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement.

For our customers outside the United States:
